| We offer the best return policy as we know our products are well made, but not every pet may adapt or be suited to using a wheelchair. Standard Wheelchairs come with a 30 day trial period for your pet to test drive the wheelchair. Should you need to return the wheelchair within the 30 day trial period, you may do so for a refund of 70% of cost of wheelchair, not including shipping, provided that: You return the wheelchair in a timely fashion - any item being returned must have authorization, call to let us know you are returning it and be sure to include in the box the reason for return along with your name and invoice number so we know who the chair is from.
The wheelchair must be returned clean and free of damage other than wear from normal use. Wheelchairs returned with mud and/or fecal matter on the wheels or frame will be subject to a £25.00 cleaning fee. DO NOT disassemble any further than how you received the chair, you may remove the wheels, if a chair is received completely disassembled, you will be charged a £25 re-assembly fee. Any order cancelled, or if you decide not to use the wheelchair or any of the software products, must be returned new and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your credit card. For your security we do not mail out refund receipts, look for this credit on your next statement. A company cheque will be mailed to anyone who paid by money order, or cheque. Shipping charges are non refundable. Specially designed wheelchairs, or any other product specially made are non refundable due their unique design. Due to the nature of their use, diapers, paw protector booties, splints and saddle support slings are non-refundable once worn. However, if you receive an item that does not properly fit your pet due to an error on our part, call us upon receiving your order and we will gladly exchange for the proper size. You are responsible for shipping of the exchanged item as well as return shipping on the item you are exchanging. You may be sent an item that has been previously tried on when exchanging for a different size as this is the condition you are returning your item to us. Your card will be billed for the new shipping charges. If you return an item in a condition other than that it was received in (i.e. dirty, hairy etc.) you may not be eligible to receive a refund of any amount and you will be charged for return shipping of the item back to you. Any saddle support, splint, diaper or paw protector booties must be returned clean and free of all odour, hair and in brand new condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. |
